Excellent shape or mint condition, made from a Tan colored rubberized material, has cloth ties strings. Inside is WELL marked, and dated 1940 and Willy Sprengpfeil Mutzenfabrik Hamburg. Your satisfaction is important to me. Many times its a mis-understanding that can be cleared up.
