Original WW 2 German Elite Pea Dot Camo Enlisted Men Pants

These Pea Dot Camo Pants Are Original They were issued to the German Elite forces. These pants are made from linen (rough cotton weave). The linen fabric started to appear on troops in very late war 1944 or early 1945. They are called a straight leg cut. As war was ending the Germans cloths manufacturing were forced to use a number of different fabrics. These are not the traditional HBT work fabric tunic and pants fabric often found on German Elite troops. The pants have the traditional printed Pea Dot pattern.

The colors remain bright they have the traditional war time metal and pressed paper buttons, and they have the stamped metal waist adjustments. There is no visual manufacture marking. The size is approximate 29 in X 30 length. I would say these were non issued pants, or say very minimum wear. In all my years in collecting I have only seen 3 linen tunic and pants set.
