14-hole chin-strap with magnetic metal buckles either side for the straps. And metal clips on either side to hold the elastic strap used to hold the oxygen mask in place. On the crown is an adjustable cloth strap with locking clip. The front end having a hook to hold the top strap. Of an oxygen mask and at the rear. Are two vertical leather straps. With snap closures to hold the pilots goggles in place. The manufacturers label is embroidered at the inner rear and is inscribed.(The helmet size is stamped in faded blue ink on the label). All in a lovely used example of a German (probable) fighter pilots flying helmet!
