Original WWII German Mittelwellenempfänger c MwEc Radio

For sale is a Mittelwellenempfänger c (MwEc) medium wave receiver radio. This radio type was used by Panzer units to communicate with their higher headquarters. This particular radio was built in 1944. The frequency ranges for this radio are 830 - 1600 kHz and 1600 - 3000 kHz. The'Bereich' knob to the right of the radio data plate changes between those two frequency ranges. All knobs on this radio work. This radio uses nine (9) RV12P2000 radio tubes, and all seem to be present. The MwEc uses direct current (DC) power from two sources: 12 Volt 1.2 Amp; or 120 Volt 30mAmp.

The approximate dimensions for this radio are 12-1/2 x 6-1/2 x 8 inches, and it weighs approximately 27 pounds. The front cover is missing, and there is a missing bolt from the top middle of the radio faceplate.
