Original WWII German Police Officer Visor Cap

100 percent original wartime German police officer visor cap. The bill came off cleanly sometime in the past, with no damage to the visor, sweatband, cork pad, or other components. Would be an easy fix, but I'll leave to the new owner. The cap is police green with the municipal green police wool piping and brown trim. It has a dramatic high peak to the front from the original owner, and original chincords - this is an officers cap, not the converted collector-upgrades you see around. Some occasional mothing on the green piping, as shown - but the cap displays great.

Still originally sewn tightly along the back, it has only split out on the seam in the front from the visor popping off. Ready to reassemble into a very nice visor.
