As you can see in the pictures the radio is missing the following items: the metal protective radio case/body; several large screws in the faceplate; the Ruckoppl 0-100 regeneration indicator; and all tags. Notice how the little tags are missing around all the knobs, switches and displays.
Other that that it isn't a bad radio, and I'm not sure if it works or not. This is a heavy radio: 20 pounds; with protective wrapping and boxing it will probably top out at least 23 pounds.
