Original German WW2 Operation Barbarossa. Medical slip for a wounded combatant. This type of station was established by an army ambulance unit at a railhead or other transportation center for the retention of casualties awaiting evacuation. Only minor medical treatment was possible on-site. This slip was stored folded. It shows yellowing, staining, and signs of use. Check out my other WW2 documents.
