Serbia German cast WW2 block4 1943 disability assistance

1943 German occupation of Serbia minisheets of two stamps for disability assistance. Never Hinged, very good condition, near mint (you might notice slight stains on the front and the gum is slightly disturbed/not perfectly spread, though it is original).
