On the rear of the helmet above the neck are a pair of leather press-stud loops, intended to retain the goggle strap. I can see no markings and there is no maker's tag. It looks like the Helmet never had such a tag.
The FK33 flying helmet was designed for aircrew positions which did not require radio communication. During the early years of World War Two, this included many pilots of single engined fighters, as well as training crews and some combat positions on larger aircraft.
