WW2 Original German Panzer Grenadier Identity Disc Dog Tag

This is a neat example of a typical zinc ('Feinzink') based WH (Heeres) Panzer Grenadier ID-disc (Erkennungsmarke) that is bearing the clearly stamped unit-designation that simply reads:'2. 78' and as such being a disc that was intended for a soldier (or NCO) who served within the second company of the:'Grenadier-Regiment 78' being a specific infantry-related formation and that comes in an overall nice- moderately used- ie. The disc - which is executed in a clear and fine letter type but that is more often void of a soldiers'-blood-group-type - is still a bit dirty and/or stained but was never cleaned nor polished.
