WW2 RARE Stellungs German Army Wermacht ID DOG TAG 54 2. 2 Stellungs-Beobachtungs-Abteilung 67 was formed on August 31, 43 in Lemgo. Since September 43 the division was in Nikolayev, Korsun, in November it was stationed in Kirovograd.

In January 44 was under Novoukrainka, February 44 already Cherkassy. There it got into a cauldron and lost half of its personnel, after which the rest were withdrawn to the rear. The Artillery Instrumental Reconnaissance Division (AIRD) was responsible for gathering and analyzing enemy data to ensure accurate artillery fire. Sound-ranging Battery: Determined the coordinates of enemy artillery positions by the sound of gunfire. Optical Reconnaissance Battery: Conducted battlefield observation and target adjustment.

Topographic Battery: Created a unified topographic network for precise fire control. Tethered Balloon Battery: Conducted long-range observation and aerial photography.

Meteorological Platoon: Assessed weather conditions and their impact on projectile flight. The division's primary tasks were to gather and process data for artillery firing, provide accurate target coordinates, and support command decision-making. This is a collectible and has NOTHING to do with glorifying violence, murder, fascism and its movement!
