A fascinating collection of WWII original black and white photographs of varying sizes, of German U-Boat Submarines, which are the result of one person collecting them over many years.

The photos show a variety of U-Boats, with images of the crew, the captains, at sea, in harbour, passing review, in drydock, etc. The sizes vary from 3 x 4 inches to 8 x 10. Mostly they are privately taken photos, but some are well known and one is a British Press photograph, taken at the end of the War. It shows U776 in the Thames outside the Houses of Parliament.

Amongst the photos are early pre-War photos of Conning Towers, with their U-Boat designation number, and wartime ones with the different Submarines' artwork.
