German officer's service watch. This service watch is shock-resistant and protected from magnetic fields affecting the mechanical precision. It features a black military dial. The luminescent coating has chipped in places, but is still legible in the dark.

The radium on the hands has been replaced with a safe luminescent coating. The caliber 1554 movement with an Incabloc shock-resistant balance, hand-wound, is decorated with Geneva stripes. Diameter excluding crown 34 mm.

Width with crown 36.5 mm. Height over lugs 39 mm.

The mechanism has been serviced, and the movement is precise and reliable. The exterior is the complete opposite of the interior. These watches were issued to personnel (especially officers, signalmen, and artillerymen) after signing a soldier's book (Soldbuch).
