Original WW2 German Panzer I Tank Caterpillar

German Panzer I(PzKpfw I) Tank Caterpillar. This item was found on the Battlefield WW2 in the Courland pocket, in German positions group Arm. The length of the caterpillar is 3 meters 82 cm and a total of 42 links. The last 2 photos are informative and are not included in the lot! The Panzer I was a light tank produced in Germany in the 1930s.

Its name is short for Panzerkampfwagen I (German for "armored fighting vehicle mark I"), abbreviated as PzKpfw I. The tank's official German ordnance inventory designation was Sd.

101 ("special purpose vehicle 101"). [2] Design of the Panzer I began in 1932 and mass production began in 1934.
